Builders World June Online Sale Event — Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
The Builders World June Online Sale Event commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 June and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June, unless extended, changed, or withdrawn earlier at the discretion of Builders World. All promotional offers are available for online purchases only during the promotion period.
2. Promotional Offer
During the promotion period, customers may receive up to 20% off selected Builders World products, including selected products from the Nero Elgin range and selected bathroom products available through Builders World. The promotional discount applies only to products clearly marked as part of the June Online Sale Event on the Builders World website. Discounts may vary by product and may include, but are not limited to: selected Nero Elgin tapware and accessories; selected bathroom packs; selected basins, toilets, wastes, and compatible bathroom products; and selected Builders World products included on the sale page. The offer is not storewide unless expressly stated.
3. Pricing Display
Sale items may display the original price and the promotional sale price on the Builders World website. Where a product displays an original price and a sale price, the saving is based on the product's previous advertised selling price prior to the promotion period. Builders World will take reasonable steps to ensure pricing is accurate and not misleading. If a pricing error occurs, Builders World reserves the right to correct the error, withdraw the item from sale, or contact the customer regarding the affected order before fulfilment.
4. Selected Products Only
The June Online Sale Event applies to selected products only. Products not included on the promotional sale page, or not clearly marked as part of the promotion, are excluded from the offer. Builders World reserves the right to add, remove, substitute, or amend promotional products during the campaign period without notice.
5. Bathroom Packs
Builders World may promote selected products as coordinated bathroom packs, including colour-based Nero Elgin product combinations such as Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Gun Metal, Matte Black, and Brushed Gold. Bathroom pack imagery is for promotional and styling purposes only. Final product inclusions, colours, finishes, quantities, and compatibility must be checked by the customer before completing their order. Customers may have the option to purchase individual items separately or swap selected items where available. Any changes to pack inclusions may affect the final price, discount, freight cost, availability, or delivery timing.
6. Product Availability
All offers are subject to product availability. Some products may not be available for immediate collection or dispatch. Where stock is not available at the showroom or local warehouse, the order may be fulfilled from another Builders World warehouse or supplier location. Builders World will make reasonable efforts to communicate expected delivery or collection timeframes after the order has been placed.
7. Nero Product Fulfilment
Selected Nero products may be included in the Builders World June Online Sale Event. Nero does not currently offer direct drop shipping to Builders World customers. Nero products included in this promotion will be delivered to Builders World or fulfilled through Builders World's nominated process before being dispatched or made available to the customer. Delivery timeframes for Nero products may vary depending on stock availability, warehouse processing, and transport arrangements.
8. Online Purchases
This promotion is designed for online purchases through the Builders World website. The e-commerce process allows customers to complete payment online, after which Builders World will process the order and arrange delivery or collection where applicable. Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been successfully received and the customer receives an order confirmation.
9. Delivery Area and Delivery Fees
A minimum delivery fee of $55 applies to eligible online orders within Builders World's nominated local delivery zone. The $55 delivery zone currently applies to selected postcodes from the southern end of the Gold Coast through to the north side of Brisbane and out to Rosewood/Ipswich, subject to postcode eligibility and order suitability. Delivery outside this nominated area may incur additional freight charges. Where an order is outside the standard $55 delivery zone, Builders World may contact the customer to confirm the applicable delivery cost before the order is dispatched.
10. Delivery Outside Standard Zones
For online purchases outside the nominated local delivery area, freight pricing may be calculated or quoted separately based on factors including delivery postcode, product size, product weight, product volume, number of items ordered, transport availability, handling requirements, and carrier restrictions. Builders World reserves the right to advise the customer of any additional delivery fee before fulfilment. If the customer does not accept the additional delivery fee, Builders World may cancel and refund the affected order.
11. Delivery Limitations
Delivery is subject to access, location, carrier availability, and product suitability. Large, heavy, bulky, fragile, or oversized items may require special handling and may not be eligible for standard delivery pricing. Builders World is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, supplier delays, weather events, incorrect delivery details, site access restrictions, or circumstances outside Builders World's reasonable control. The ACCC states that businesses should clearly communicate total pricing before purchase and avoid misleading price displays, including delivery-related costs.
12. Collection
Collection will only be available on the Gold Coast, from our warehouse. Where collection is available, customers will be notified once their order is ready. Customers should not attend a showroom or warehouse for collection until they have received confirmation that the order is ready. Photo identification, proof of purchase, or order confirmation may be required at collection.
13. Showroom Availability — by appointment ONLY
During the promotional period, showroom opening hours and appointment requirements may vary. Customers are encouraged to check the Builders World website for current showroom details before visiting. Online orders remain the preferred purchase method for this promotion.
14. Exclusions
Unless otherwise stated, the promotion does not apply to: products not listed as part of the June Online Sale Event; custom orders; special orders; clearance items already reduced outside this promotion; freight, delivery, handling, or installation charges; prior purchases made before 1 June; orders placed after 30 June; trade pricing, account pricing, or special contract pricing unless approved by Builders World; and any product specifically excluded on the Builders World website. Promotional discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.
15. Use With Other Offers
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, trade agreement, account pricing, rebate, voucher, or promotional campaign unless expressly approved by Builders World in writing.
16. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds will be handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and Builders World's standard returns policy. Customers are not entitled to a refund simply because they change their mind, select the wrong product, choose the wrong colour or finish, or no longer require the item, unless Builders World agrees otherwise. Products must be checked carefully before installation. Installed, used, damaged, or altered products may not be eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
17. Colour, Finish and Product Images
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and finishes may appear differently due to screen settings, lighting, photography, batch variations, or manufacturing processes. Customers should review product specifications, colour names, finish details, measurements, and compatibility before purchasing.
18. Product Compatibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all selected products are suitable for their intended use, project requirements, plumbing requirements, measurements, and installation conditions. Builders World recommends customers seek advice from a licensed plumber, builder, or qualified tradesperson before purchasing or installing products.
19. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, Builders World may not be able to amend, cancel, or substitute items if the order has already been processed, packed, ordered from a supplier, or dispatched, and may incur a 20% restocking fee. Any order change request must be submitted to Builders World as soon as possible. Builders World reserves the right to cancel any order where: a product is unavailable; a pricing or website error has occurred; delivery cannot be completed to the nominated address; additional freight charges are not accepted by the customer; the order is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorised; or payment has not been received or verified. Where an order is cancelled by Builders World, the customer will receive a refund for the cancelled item or order.
20. Website Errors
Builders World makes reasonable efforts to ensure all product information, pricing, imagery, and promotional details are accurate. However, errors may occur. Builders World reserves the right to correct any error, omission, pricing issue, product description, availability status, or promotional detail at any time.
21. Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotion
Builders World reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or withdraw the June Online Sale Event at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply from the time they are published on the Builders World website.
