Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Builders World Bathroom Package Campaign ("Campaign"). By purchasing any package included in this Campaign, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Campaign Packages

Each package is sold as a complete package at the advertised final package price inclusive of GST.

Each package includes ONE (1) unit of EACH individual product specifically listed under that package only.

Products, fixtures, accessories, furniture, mirrors, lighting, décor or other items shown in advertising imagery but not specifically listed as an included product are not included.

2. Package Quantities

Each advertised package contains one (1) unit of each product specifically listed for that package. For the avoidance of doubt, purchasing one package does not entitle the customer to multiple quantities of any individual item, regardless of how many products, fixtures or accessories may appear in promotional photographs, renders or other advertising material. Additional quantities or products may be purchased separately at the applicable price and subject to availability.

3. Package Purchase

The advertised package price applies only when the applicable package is purchased in its entirety. Individual products cannot be removed from, exchanged within or substituted in a package while retaining the advertised promotional package price unless Builders World expressly agrees otherwise. No credit, refund or reduction in the package price will be provided where a customer elects not to take an included product.

4. Pricing & GST

All prices are in Australian dollars. All advertised final package prices are inclusive of GST. The final package price represents the promotional price for the products specifically included in the applicable package. Freight, delivery, installation and any additional services are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise. Advertised RRPs are based on the recommended retail prices applicable to the individual products included in the package at the time the Campaign was prepared. Advertised savings are calculated by comparing the combined advertised RRP of the individual products with the applicable promotional package price.

5. Availability

This Campaign is available for a limited time only and while stocks last. All products and packages are subject to stock availability. Builders World does not guarantee that all packages or individual products will remain available throughout the Campaign period. Builders World reserves the right to withdraw a package from sale where an included product becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.

6. Product Substitutions

Package products, finishes, sizes and specifications are as listed in these Terms and Conditions. Where an advertised product becomes unavailable, Builders World may offer the customer an alternative product of comparable specification and value. Any proposed substitution will be communicated to the customer before the substituted product is supplied. Customers are not automatically entitled to select an alternative product, colour, finish or size while retaining the promotional package price.

7. Product Images & Representations

Images are for advertising purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the actual products. Room settings, mirrors, lighting, tiles, flooring, decorative items, plants, towels, soap dispensers and other styling accessories appearing in Campaign imagery are not included unless expressly listed as an included product within the applicable package. Colours and finishes displayed digitally or in printed materials may vary from the actual product due to lighting, photography, rendering, printing and individual screen settings. Customers should refer to the Builders World website and applicable individual product information for full product details, dimensions, finishes and specifications before purchasing.

8. Installation

Installation is not included in the advertised package price unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Builders World. Customers are responsible for confirming that all products are suitable for their intended installation, space, plumbing configuration and application before purchase and installation. All plumbing products must be installed by an appropriately qualified and licensed tradesperson where required by law and in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions and applicable Australian requirements.

9. Delivery, Freight & Third-Party Carriers

Delivery, freight and associated charges are not included in the advertised package price unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable freight charges will be advised at the time of purchase. Builders World uses independent third-party freight, courier and transport providers to deliver orders. Once goods have been dispatched, delivery is subject to the operating schedules, service availability and delivery networks of the applicable third-party carrier. Any delivery date or timeframe provided by Builders World is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date, unless Builders World expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside Builders World's reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, transport disruptions, adverse weather, natural disasters, road closures, industrial action, peak trading periods, regional or remote delivery requirements, depot delays and other unforeseen events. Builders World will take reasonable steps to assist customers with tracking or resolving delivery issues; however, Builders World cannot guarantee third-party carrier delivery timeframes or that delivery will occur on a particular date or at a particular time. Customers should not book or schedule plumbers, builders, installers or other trades until all goods have been delivered, inspected and confirmed as correct and undamaged. Builders World is not responsible for costs associated with trades being booked before delivery, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details and ensure there is suitable and safe access to the nominated delivery location. Additional freight, redelivery, storage or handling charges resulting from incorrect delivery information, unsuccessful delivery attempts or access restrictions may be charged to the customer where applicable. Upon receiving an order, customers should inspect the goods as soon as reasonably practicable and notify Builders World promptly of any apparent damage, missing items or incorrect products so the matter can be investigated with the relevant freight provider. Nothing in these freight and delivery terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

10. Change of Mind, Returns & 20% Restocking Fee

Change-of-mind returns are subject to Builders World's applicable Returns and Refunds Policy and approval. Where Builders World agrees to accept a change-of-mind return, a 20% restocking fee will apply to the value of the goods being returned. Products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in resalable condition and returned in their complete original packaging, including all accessories, components, instructions and documentation. Builders World reserves the right to refuse a change-of-mind return where products have been installed, used, damaged, altered, removed from their original packaging or are otherwise not in a condition suitable for resale. Where a complete package has been purchased at a promotional package price, the return of one or more individual components may affect the promotional pricing applied to the original purchase. Any approved refund may therefore be recalculated to reflect the promotional package conditions, in addition to any applicable 20% restocking fee. The 20% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns only. It does not apply where a customer is exercising a right or remedy in relation to faulty, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant goods under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Warranty

Individual products included in each package remain subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms, conditions, exclusions and warranty periods. Customers should refer to the relevant product warranty documentation for complete warranty information. Nothing in a manufacturer's warranty replaces or limits any consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Errors and Omissions

Builders World takes reasonable care to ensure Campaign pricing, product descriptions and specifications are accurate. In the event of a genuine typographical, pricing, product-description or publishing error, Builders World reserves the right to correct the error to the extent permitted by law.

13. Campaign Changes

Builders World reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or withdraw the Campaign or any package where reasonably necessary, including due to stock availability, supplier changes or circumstances outside Builders World's reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Any changes will not affect rights already accrued by customers under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
